Amazon Expeditions employs a talented kitchen staff that prepares meals and snacks for guests on a daily basis. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included in the price of your stay and are served buffet style at each mealtime. ** Vegetarian or special diets can be tailored to fit your needs with advanced notice.

Our chef prepares a wide array of Peruvian cuisine, fresh fruit, and many made-to-order snacks you may want in the afternoon or evening. Typical meals include rice or potatoes; chicken, beef, pork or fish; as well as fresh fruits, vegetables and salads. You'll have an opportunity to sample unique ingredients from the rain forest, such as fresh bananas, heart of palm, ginger, plantains and yucca.
